Seasonal/Annual renters agree to abide by the campground rules.

Renters are responsible for keeping the appropriate insurance on their camping unit, trailers, vehicles, site improvements and all personal belongings.  Hoosier Horse Camp, LLC is not responsible for damage or loss to your personal property or for damage or loss to any improvements made to the site by you.

Visitors & Guests

Visitors staying in your camping unit, with you present, are allowed, as long as you do not exceed 6 people/horses per site.  If your visitors are bringing their own camping unit to stay in on your site, they will be required to pay the corresponding rates for nightly camping.  Visitors are not permitted to use private barn stalls.  Stalls can be rented for the nightly fee.

Seasonal/Annual campers having visitors, agree to be responsible for making sure the camp rules are followed and the area is left clean by those visiting.

If you choose to allow someone to stay on your site when you are not present, you are required to notify the office prior to their arrival.   Visitors are required to check in at the office upon arrival and will be charged the corresponding nightly fees.  If you have corral pens on your site, then they will be required to pay $5 for each pen, per night.  If you have covered stalls built on your site, they will be required to pay $7.50 for each stall, per night.

Winter Storage

Winter storage for seasonal campers is available from November through February for a flat fee of $100.  Camping units are to be left unhooked from electric and water. The winter storage fee is due by Oct 31.

 Winter Camping

Contracted seasonals can camp for 1/2 of nightly rates from the start of gun season in November to the last day in February.  If you are storing your camping unit on your site for the winter and have paid the winter storage fee, you do not pay anything to camp during the winter season.

Maintenance & Upkeep
Any changes or "remodeling" to your site must be approved by management first.  Renters leaving anything at the campsite (firewood, picnic tables, etc.) agree to place it out of the way so the site can be easily mowed.  Renters are responsible for keeping their sites trimmed and clean in the areas that the mower cannot access.
